Material
All four parts of the UNDA are made of polypropylene (PP), the sealing ring is made of silicone. Polypropylene and silicone have high temperature resistance, so the UNDA can be cleaned very well not only in the dishwasher, but also easily by hand. This allows both disposable bottles and cups - such as the coffee to-go cup, which ends up in the trash after single use - to be avoided. By having all four parts made of polypropylene and the sealing ring being detachable without special tools, the UNDA is lightweight and 100% recyclable. This principle of eco-design and waste avoidance are part of the solution to stop polluting our planet.

We want the unda to be usable for as long as possible, so we designed it to be as stable as possible. In addition, we want to motivate you to give the unda a new function after its end of life (e.g. as a vase or lamp) or to continue using it as a mug. If the unda does need to be recycled, it is 100% recyclable as the materials (PP and silicone) are not bonded together and can be separated without any special tools.
